Rachel Cunningham, a proud Louisville native, has always had a deep appreciation for her hometown and the state of Kentucky. She earned both her associate and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology before obtaining her law degree from the University of Louisville in 2016. After years of experience as an associate attorney in private firms—where she honed her expertise in personal injury, eviction, traffic defense, debt defense, wills, and probate—Rachel established her own firm, Cunningham Law, PLLC, in 2025.
Rachel is a dedicated advocate for her clients, whether representing individuals and families affected by another’s negligence, assisting with debt defense, or resolving traffic-related offenses. She takes a no-nonsense approach, focusing on achieving the best and most efficient outcomes for those she represents.
Inspired by her mother’s career in the legal field, Rachel’s passion for law began at an early age. Since becoming an attorney, she has developed specialized legal knowledge in personal injury, particularly motor vehicle collision and slip-and-fall claims.
She is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Justice Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Jefferson County.
Rachel resides in Louisville with her husband, Trevor. She enjoys escaping to their summer home on Lake Huron in Michigan with family and cherishes time spent with their three beloved dogs—Hunter, Buttercup, and Tank—often capturing their playful antics through candid photography.
